ABOUT DISTRICT COURT
Anand Judicial District was bifurcated from the Kheda Judicial District w.e.f from 19th March of 2006 vide Legal Department Gandhinagar Notification No. GK/ 13 / 2006/ PRCH 1097 / VIP-247-D (Part VI). District Court Anand, Fast Track Court Complex Anand inaugurated by Hon’ble Shri Justice Bhawani Singh, Chief Justice of High Court of Gujarat & Hon’ble Shri Narendra Modi, Chief Minister of Gujarat on Sunday, 19th March of 2006, in presence of other Hon’ble Judges of the Gujarat High Court. Hon’ble Shri C.H. Patel was the first District & Session Judge of Anand District Court.
